×The British Airways Rose Garden is situated high up in Twickenham’s new East Stand and occupies the Roof Terrace. This is a casual and informal package; it is Twickenham’s entry-level hospitality for which you will still be paying a high price. Although covered, the space is slightly open to the elements so warm clothing is the order of the day. It is another large facility at Twickenham, being able to accommodate 550 guests standing.
The Rose Garden is situated on Level 5 of the East Stand, and it is accessed by several flights of stairs. One side of the Rose Garden is glass-fronted, which provide sweeping views of West London. There are no views of the pitch from this facility.
The décor is rustic with exposed brickwork, which is enhanced with greenery and fairy lights to provide a warm atmosphere. There are limited areas to sit, albeit a few bench seats and stools with accompanying tables.
There is no reserved seating available, the seats that are available are on a first-served basis, most guests stand.
The tickets provided in the Rose Garden are situated between the 22m and halfway line of the East Upper Stand. The seats are centrally located; however, you are far away from the pitch below. Although there is no direct access from the facility the seats are reasonably close to the facility.
The facility opens 3 hrs before kick-off. Catering is by way of street food, served at various stations. In addition, roaming waitresses offer additional food. Post-match you will be offered snacks.
There is a complimentary bar, which includes real ales, Guinness, premium lager & wines. Half-time drinks are also served in the facility. The bar closes 60 minutes after the match has ended. Please note that Champagne or spirits are not included in this package.
There is no hostess service, drinks are generally self-service from the large bars.
There are no guest speakers which is disappointing, however, there is live music providing a lively atmosphere.
There are several TV screens in the Rose Garden in an elevated position, to allow standing guests to keep up with other sporting action.
There are no car park passes included in this package, which means guests will have to use public transport, taxis, or source parking themselves in the Twickenham area.
A souvenir match programme is included.
