Harlequins Rugby offers a ticket-inclusive hospitality facility for international matches at Twickenham, exclusively for their Club Members. Alternatively, those that already have a match ticket can book into the various hospitality suites on the ground on match days.
The home of Harlequins Rugby is the Twickenham Stoop, which is situated 800m from Twickenham’s South Stand, crossing the busy A316 (Chertsey Road). The ticket-inclusive package takes in the Honours Bar, which is a hospitality suite on the ground floor of the IG Stand. It can accommodate 150 guests. Those guests requiring hospitality-only have a large choice of suites, including the Legends Suite, Jason Leonard Lounge and The Clubhouse. There are also private Executive Boxes for groups of 10 guests or more.
The Honours Bar is a standard hospitality suite, although it does enjoy natural light. The other hospitality suites at The Stoop are generally smart and welcoming.
Private company tables are available for 10-12 guests, smaller groups will need to share a table.
The tickets will be given to you courtesy of Harlequins Rugby’s official club allocation, so they could be situated in any of the four stands.
The catering consists of a four-course luncheon, followed by post-match refreshments.
There is a complimentary bar, which includes a Champagne reception. The bar includes beers, wines, and spirits.
Service throughout is left to the waiting staff, there is generally not a hostess service.
A celebrity guest speaker will entertain you during lunch.
There are TV monitors in the suites and boxes to keep you in touch with other sporting events.
This is one of the few hospitality packages at Twickenham which provides car parking, passes are available on a 1:4 basis.
A match programme is included for each guest.
The majority of hospitality options have no strict dress codes, team shirts are generally allowed, however; it is advised to dress smart casual, and according to weather conditions as match seats are outside.
GPS users can get to Twickenham Stadium using the postcode TW2 7BA. If arriving by train, the closest tube stations are Twickenham, Whitton or St Margaret’s.
