×The Hidden Garden was launched at the 2019 Henley Royal Regatta. It is not a traditional hospitality offering, it has been modelled as a place to be seen, getting its inspiration from St Tropez’s Club 55, with an emphasis on laid-back luxury. It is located on the riverbank at Remenham on the Berkshire side of the river, opposite the official Fawley Court Hospitality Village (approx. 500m from the Finish Line).
Lower Terrace Sofa is a casual package option at the Hidden Garden. You will be allocated a private sofa on the Lower Terrace, with a drinks table, until 5.30 pm. You are free to upgrade with an evening package and enjoy the Hidden Garden until 11.00 pm. The Lower Terrace does not enjoy the same elevated views of the river that you get on the custom-made Upper Terrace. (Please note that a public footpath runs along the riverbank so your view may be slightly obscured).
The Hidden Garden has a central open marquee, which also provides shelter as necessary. There is a small lounge area and the upper terrace is a raised area with nice wooden flooring. An extra effort has been made with the lighting, which is especially attractive in the evening when the venue is transformed into a ‘Club’ environment.
Private Sofas are available for groups of 8 guests. Smaller bookings cannot be made for this package.
An admission badge to the Hidden Garden is included. The facility does not include admission into the Stewards’ Enclosure, which is located a little upstream on the same (Berkshire) side of the river.
Catering is a key element of your day at Henley. A variety of food options are available throughout the day; however, food is an extra cost. Picnic boxes and Wood Fired Pizzas are also available from 4 pm at an extra cost. If you upgrade to add-on the evening package you will enjoy a casual Italian dining experience. There are complimentary olives and nuts.
Your private Sofa will get a bottle of chilled Champagne on arrival; however, all other drinks are at an extra cost.
You will be allocated a hostess to your sofa/table, who will attend to your drinks.
There is live music scheduled for 2.30 pm & 6.30 pm. You can party into the evening with the Hidden Garden’s house DJ.
There are no TV facilities, to enable you to keep track of other sporting events, notably Wimbledon.
There are no car park passes included although these can be arranged for an additional cost.
A souvenir Henley Royal Regatta Racing Programme is not included.
Unlike the formality of other facilities, the dress code at the Hidden Garden is smart casual, although jeans and trainers are not permitted.

The Stewards’ Enclosure requires gentlemen to wear lounge suits, or jackets/blazers with flannels and a tie or cravat, ladies are required to wear dresses or skirts with a hemline below the knee. Outside of the enclosure, the atmosphere is less formal though most dress up, wearing club blazers and other rowing apparel.
Please allow extra time to enter car parks near the Regatta due to security measures and the one-way system in place during the Regatta which is indicated by signs. The main taxi drop point during the Regatta is on the main road, just a short walk from the enclosures.
