The Winning Post Hospitality Critic Review

Introduction

The Winning Post is a hospitality village situated next to the Winning Post, inside the course opposite the Queen’s Stand.

Location

The large hospitality marquees sit either side of the Winning Post, close to the rails.

Facility/Décor

The Winning Post marquees are contemporary and smart, with floor-to-ceiling glazed windows providing an abundance of natural light. The round tables are decorated with a crisp fresh design. There is a wooden viewing terrace in front of the marquees, next to the rails, providing a slightly elevated view as the horses sprint past, directly in front of you.

Private Tables

Private tables are for 10 or more guests, smaller groups will need to share a table.

Admission

Your admission badge provides access into the Lonsdale Enclosure (immediately next to the Winning Post hospitality). You also have full access into the main Grandstand opposite (not the Queen’s Stand), including the Parade Ring, although this would mean walking across the racecourse.

Catering

Catering consists of a 3-course plated meal (starter, main, dessert). Afternoon Tea, with a modern twist, is served later in the day.

Audio-Visual

There are several TV monitors throughout the facility.
