×The Private Boxes in the prestigious Queen’s Stand at Epsom Racecourse are some of the most exclusive facilities in racing. The Queen’s Stand is the premium enclosure at Epsom, equivalent to the Royal Enclosure at Royal Ascot. The Queen’s Stand is a superb design, one of the most impressive stands in British racing. The highly formal, symmetrical design – not unlike a cruise ship – emphasises the orientation directly onto the finishing line and across the course towards the race start. Natural daylight floods the building and the style is contemporary.
The Queen’s Stand Private Boxes are situated on the 4th Floor (Top) of the Queen’s Stand, there are also some boxes on the 2nd Floor, including the Queen’s Royal Box. The boxes overlook the Finish Post and the finishing straight.
The boxes are functional, with floor-to-ceiling windows, a private bar, and a TV monitor. For a formal luncheon, you will have two round tables in the box (for 20 guests).
Private Boxes accommodate 20 guests for a formal sit-down lunch or 25 guests for an informal buffet format. Double boxes are also available for larger groups.
Your admission badge provides access to both the Queen’s Stand and the adjacent Grandstand (Duchess’s Stand). Race viewing is standing from the outside balcony (there are no seats), however, there is a small sofa on each private section of the balcony.
You can choose between either a 3-course sit-down luncheon or a more informal expansive buffet. Afternoon Tea will be served later in the day.
There is a full complimentary bar including Champagne, beers, wines, premium spirits, and soft drinks.
You will be allocated private waiting staff, there is not a hostess service.
There is no racing tipster included in this package
Car park passes are allocated on a 1:4 basis.
A Racecard is included and there are Tote betting facilities available.
On Derby Day, the Queen's Stand becomes a celebration of traditional tailoring. Male guests are required to wear either black or grey morning dress which should include a top hat. For ladies, formal daywear is required, which can include a formal day dress or a tailored trouser suit, with a hat or substantial fascinator.

Hospitality guests are required to follow a smart casual dress code. Jackets, trousers and a collared shire are encouraged.
