Parade Ring Viewing Boxes offer a private dining experience within the heart of Cheltenham Racecourse. These boxes have a minimum commitment of 30 guests and are perfect for creating a more intimate surround for you and your clientele.

As the name suggests, the boxes overlook the Parade Ring allowing the opportunity to see the horses and jockeys before and after the races.

These boxes are also adjacent to The Village and Guinness Grandstand, as well as being a short walk to the main viewing grandstand, an excellent central location on the course.

Parade Ring Viewing Boxes Hospitality Critic Review

Introduction

These private boxes are ideal for exclusive corporate entertaining. They are positioned in a decent location, however, they lack the kudos of being able to view the racing directly from the box.

Location

The Parade Ring Viewing Boxes have large outside viewing balconies from where guests can enjoy the hustle & bustle of the Parade Ring and Champions Walk. The boxes enjoy an elevated position, being situated on Levels 2 & 3 (Level 3 being the top floor). Please note, however, that you cannot view the racing from these boxes.

Facility/Décor

There is no special theming, the décor is fairly ordinary with dining on round tables.

Private Tables

Private boxes accommodate 30-40 guests seated on tables of 10 guests.

Admission

A Club Admission ticket is included, which is the premier enclosure at Cheltenham. To view the racing, you need to walk the short distance to the rails or go to the tiered steps in the Grandstand.

Catering

The catering supplied in this facility is Cheltenham’s standard catering package, that being morning coffee & biscuits, a 4-course set Luncheon and Afternoon Tea.

Dress Code

Officially there is no dress code at Cheltenham, the course recommends dressing for the weather. However, in hospitality areas, gentlemen usually wear a suit or similar, and many ladies choose to wear county-style hats.

Getting There

The racecourse postcode is GL50 4SH for use with GPS equipment. However, on a race day, customers are strongly advised to follow temporary signs when entering Cheltenham and the local area and not the brown permanent signs.
