This is the big one, one of the oldest sporting rivalries, and the very first rugby union international, Scotland versus England, at BT Murrayfield Stadium.

England has dominated this fixture for the past thirty years, however, a major upset in 2021, which saw Scotland triumph at Twickenham Stadium, has surely boosted the Scottish confidence.

This fixture is of course, for the Calcutta Cup, the oldest of several trophies awarded during the Six Nations Championships, all eyes will be fixed on Murrayfield to see if the Scots can retain it in 2022.

Scotland v England is the most popular fixture at Murrayfield Stadium, so make sure you book early to avoid disappointment.

The majority of hospitality options have no strict dress codes, and team shirts are generally allowed. However, it is advised to dress smart casual, and according to weather conditions as match seats are outside.

Getting There

GPS users can get to BT Murrayfield Stadium by using the postcode EH12 5PJ. There is very little parking at the Stadium, so visitors are encouraged to use the park and ride schemes, trams and buses.
