A private Village Gazebo is an alternate way of enjoying Royal Ascot outside of the usual hospitality options.
Set opposite the main grandstand, up to 16 guests can be entertained within your own covered area with a picket-fenced garden area.
This is, however, a basic package, with no food or drink included and is instead intended for those wishing to provide their own food for the day in the form of a picnic.

Our in-depth article will tell you everything you need to know.
×Village Gazebos provide you with a unique space for your day at Royal Ascot. Our ratings reflect the fact that in terms of hospitality there is nothing included (you can bring your own picnic), however, their location is on some of Royal Berkshire’s prime real estate.
The Village trackside Gazebos, in the Village Enclosure, are situated directly opposite the Grandstand close to the rails, giving you a special perspective of the Royal Procession and the racing as the horses enter the final furlong.
The smart gazebos each have a private lawned garden, which is defined by white picket fencing. In addition to your own space guests have access to a private cash bar, betting, and toilet facilities.
The Gazebos allow you to host up to 16 guests.
Although you may not be tempted to stroll away from your Gazebo, on Tuesday & Wednesday the Gazebos include admission into the Queen Anne Enclosure, located on the other side of the course, with access to the Grandstand & Parade Ring. On Thursday, Friday & Saturday the cost of admission tickets to the Village Enclosure is extra, which provide access both to your Gazebo and to the delights of the Village Enclosure (which is only open on these three days), featuring an eclectic mix of exciting street food, innovative bars and live music until 9 pm.
Bring your own lavish picnic, which can make the experience very cost-effective.
You are also allowed to bring your own Champagne.
You will be looking after yourselves unless you pay extra to have your own private butler.
There is no racing tipster included in this package.
There are no TV’s in this facility.
One complimentary car park pass is located nearby so that your picnic can be more easily transferred to your Gazebo. Additional car park labels are an extra cost.
