×The superb grandstand at Ascot has more private boxes than other comparable events. These exclusive facilities are generally let on an annual basis to private companies, however, a select number can be reserved for Royal Ascot, which are generally sold as fully-inclusive packages. Depending on their location in the grandstand, the boxes have access either to the Royal Enclosure or the Queen Anne Enclosure. The boxes closest to the Winning Post are those within the designated Royal Enclosure. Boxes are located on Floors 2, 3, 5 & 6 of the grandstand and range in capacities from as few as 10 guests to as many as 108 guests.
Level 6: Boxes for 10 guests (14-buffet).
Levels 2 & 5: Boxes for 12 guests (18-buffet). The majority of boxes are this size.
Double & Triple 10 or 12-seater boxes are available.
Levels 3 & 5: Boxes for 48 guests (72-buffet).
Level 2: The Long Box for 72 guests (108-buffet).
Many boxes have been decorated to a very high standard by annual box holders, whereas others are more basic. Each box has a private bar together with a dining area and a large TV monitor. Each box has a private balcony with fabulous views of the racecourse and the Berkshire countryside.
There is a private dining table in each box unless you choose to have a more relaxed and casual buffet dining.
These boxes are situated within the Queen Anne Enclosure, where your ticket will allow access into the Parade Ring and also enjoy the post-racing tradition of singing around the bandstand. You cannot access the Royal Enclosure with this admission ticket. All guests are asked to adhere to Ascot’s dress code, which for the Queen Anne Enclosure advises that Ladies should dress in a manner that befits a formal occasion and gentlemen should wear a suit with collared shirt and tie.
There are two ways to hire a Private Box at Royal Ascot; an all-inclusive package basis with a set menu option or alternatively simply hire the Private Box and select from the bespoke catering menu and drinks options to have a more tailored experience. Most boxes are only available as an inclusive package.
Service is left to the waiting-staff, there is not a hostess service, however, the caterers allocate some of their best staff to this facility to ensure a high service level is maintained.
There is no racing tipster included in this package.
Car park passes are allocated on a 1:2 basis, in one of the car parks conveniently located for this facility.
A Racecard & Racing Paper is included and there are Tote betting facilities available.
