Based on the fifth floor of the main grandstand On 5 has sweeping views of the racecourse from its viewing balcony and private outdoor terrace, which is also a prime location to watch the Royal Procession.
Thanks to the Queen Anne Enclosure badge guests can enjoy full access to a great deal of the course, including the iconic bandstand and Parade Ring.

×On 5 Restaurant, by Brett Graham, is the flagship non-Royal Enclosure restaurant at Ascot Racecourse, this section of the Grandstand is within the Queen Anne Enclosure. On 5 is a stylish contemporary restaurant and is rightly considered to be amongst the very best at Ascot. It has a capacity for 180 guests.
This stunning restaurant is situated on Level 5, at the end of the Grandstand, with far-reaching views of the straight mile, it is just over a furlong from the Winning Post. The restaurant also features an outside terrace, which on a beautiful summer’s day is a great place to relax, with sweeping vistas of the Berkshire countryside.
On 5 Restaurant has floor to ceiling windows, which wrap around the entire room, overlooking the track. The interior is inspired by the artistry of horse-racing, celebrating the crafts of the farrier, the trainer, the groom, the saddler, and the jockey.
Private tables are available for groups of 2-12 guests.
This facility is situated within the Queen Anne Enclosure, where your ticket will allow access into the Parade Ring and also enjoy the post-racing tradition of singing around the bandstand. You cannot access the Royal Enclosure with this admission ticket. All guests are asked to adhere to Ascot’s dress code, which for the Queen Anne Enclosure advises that Ladies should dress in a manner that befits a formal occasion and gentlemen should wear a suit with collared shirt and tie.
The catering is presented by two Michelin-starred Bret Graham, Head Chef of “The Ledbury” in West London. You will enjoy a 4-course Luncheon with a choice of Starter & Main Course, followed by Ascot Afternoon Tea.
There is a Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne reception. The bar is complimentary and includes unlimited Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut Champagne & liqueurs. There is also a sommelier serving fine wines. Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial Champagne is also served with Afternoon Tea.
Service is left to the waiting-staff, there is not a hostess service, however, the caterers allocate some of their best staff to this facility to ensure a high service level is maintained.
There is a racing tipster included with this package, who gives his recommendations during lunch.
There are ample TV screens for guests to enjoy the proceedings from the comfort of their table.
Car park passes are allocated on a 1:2 basis, in one of the car parks conveniently located for this facility.
A Racecard & Racing Paper is included and there are Tote betting facilities available.
