Holyroodhouse, by Ollie Dabbous, is a new hospitality facility for Royal Ascot 2021. Paying homage to the beautiful gardens of the Palace of Holyroodhouse, The Queen's official residence in Edinburgh, this new restaurant promises botanical influences, applied with a deftness of touch throughout, from décor to cuisine. It has a capacity of 120 guests in the main restaurant.
This luxurious marquee is situated in a prime Trackside location past the Winning Post, in an elevated location with dramatic head-on views down the finishing straight. It also features an ample viewing deck outside the marquee. The facility is adjacent to the Royal Enclosure Gardens and is a Royal Enclosure facility.
Holyroodhouse occupies the Upper level of a 2-storey state-of-the-art marquee past the winning post, the Balmoral Restaurant occupies Level 1. The marquee is light & airy with glazed windows providing views of the racecourse.
Private tables are available for groups of 2-10 guests. There is also a separate private chalet for 60 guests for exclusive use.
This facility comes with a prestigious Royal Enclosure guest badge, for which you will need to observe the iconic dress-code requirements, synonymous with sartorial elegance.
There is a 4-course Luncheon prepared by Michelin-starred chef Ollie Dabbous, owner of “Hide” in Piccadilly, followed by Ascot Afternoon Tea.
There is a Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Champagne reception. The bar is complimentary and includes unlimited Moët & Chandon Imperial Brut Champagne. Moët & Chandon Rosé Imperial Champagne is also served with Afternoon Tea.
Service throughout is left to the waiting-staff, there is not a hostess service.
There is a racing tipster included with this package, who gives his recommendations during lunch.
