×Silks Restaurant is a private section of a large marquee, the Hospitality Pavilion, which is a 2-level structure overlooking the start of the Grand National course. In essence, the restaurant is a large Pavilion Executive Box, although the package content is not as substantive.
Silks Restaurant overlooks the start of the Grand National course, although it is a little remote from the hustle and bustle of the Grandstand & Parade Ring areas. The restaurant is situated on Level 2 with private balcony viewing.
The restaurant décor is fairly bland, however, the marquee itself is a state-of-the-art facility, which is fully glass-fronted. The dining is on round dining tables.
Private tables are available for ten guests. Smaller groups will need to share.
Premier Course Admission is included.
Coffee & pastries are available on arrival, followed by a plated 3-course luncheon. Later Afternoon Tea is served.
There is a Bucks Fizz reception and a complimentary bar consisting of beers, wine, spirits, and soft drinks. Please note that Champagne is an extra cost.
There is a VIP hostess service, which enhances the drinks service for all guests.
There is a racing tipster included in this package.
There are several TV monitors in the restaurant, but not all guests have a view from their table.
Steeplechase car park passes are included on a 1:4 basis. The car park is situated in the centre of the racecourse, so it is a little walk across the course to access the Grandstands.
A Racecard is included, and there are Tote betting facilities available.
