Many Clouds Restaurant is situated in a large marquee, the Hospitality Pavilion, which is a 2-level structure overlooking the start of the Grand National course. The package content is not as substantive as other facilities, nevertheless, the restaurant offers the least expensive viewing facility for the Grand National. The restaurant is named after the 2015 Grand National winner, who became the first horse to win the Hennessy Gold Cup and Grand National in the same season. This facility was previously branded as the Hall of Fame Restaurant.
Many Clouds Restaurant overlooks the start of the Grand National course, although it is a little remote from the hustle and bustle of the Grandstand & Parade Ring areas. The restaurant is situated on Level 1 with private balcony viewing. Although it is a ground floor facility it is elevated by a few feet to provide unhindered views of the racing.
The décor is bright and interesting. Most of the tables are round dining tables, however, it should be noted that there are a few decorative high tables and chairs. Although they provide an informal vibe, the chairs may not be entirely comfortable for the entire day
Private tables are available for 10-12 guests, smaller groups will need to share.
Premier Course Admission is included.
There is a selection of morning appetisers on arrival, followed by a Three-course Chef’s Table luncheon. Later in the day, a sweet & savoury Afternoon Tea is served.
The bar is complimentary and includes beers, wines & soft drinks. Champagne or spirits are not included.
Service throughout is left to the waiting staff. There is not a hostess service.
There is no guest tipster included in this facility. There is, however, live entertainment before and after the racing.
There are several TV monitors in the restaurant, but not all guests have a view from their table.
Steeplechase car park passes are included on a 1:4 basis. The car park is situated in the centre of the racecourse, so it is a little walk across the course to access the Grandstands.
A Racecard is included, and there are Tote betting facilities available.
There is no official dress code at Aintree Racecourse, although smart is preferable. Hats are optional but frequently worn. Sports clothes and fancy dresses are not permitted for the Grand National meeting.
GPS users can get to Aintree Racecourse using the postcode L9 5AS, then follow signs for parking. If arriving by train, the closest station is Aintree Station, directly opposite the racecourse.
