×There are as many as 43 Grandstand Boxes at Aintree Racecourse, available in most stands and with varying capacities. Private viewing boxes are an intimate and prestigious way to entertain valued customers. However, not many boxes become available for the Grand National Meeting, as repeat bookings and annual membership tend to leave only a few available.
There are boxes for hire in four of the five permanent Grandstands, all of which have private balconies with elevated views of the finishing straight and winning post.
The boxes vary in décor from traditional to modern, depending on when the relevant Grandstand was built. There will usually be 2 x round tables (in boxes to seat 20 guests).
Private boxes are available for 10 to 72 guests, as some of the boxes are interconnecting, which can be opened up for large groups.
Premier Course Admission is included, with access through a VIP entrance.
There is a canapés reception followed by a 4-course luncheon. Later traditional Afternoon Tea is served.
There is a Champagne reception served on arrival, and the bar is complimentary to include premium wines, beer, liqueurs & soft drinks. Champagne is also served with Afternoon Tea, other than that additional Champagne is an extra cost.
Service is left to the waiting staff. There is not a hostess service, however, the caterers allocate some of their best staff to this facility to ensure a high service level is maintained.
There is no racing tipster included in the boxes.
There is a TV monitor in each box.
Car parking close to the Aintree Grandstands is extremely limited, so for the Executive Boxes Aintree has included car parking with chauffeur transfers to get closer to the Grandstands, which is a nice touch.
A Racecard is included, there are Tote betting facilities available, and there is an Executive gift for each guest.
