Golden Miller Restaurant is a particularly well-positioned facility that offers a multitude of viewing options from its many balconies, affording guests views of the Winners Enclosure, Paddock, Parade Ring, and the racecourse itself.
The facility can be found on the first floor of the Earl of Derby grandstand and is named after one of the most successful Thoroughbred racehorses, little wonder why this one is so popular.
A great place to entertain, the Golden Miller provides an excellent four-course meal alongside traditional cream tea, and friendly staff are on hand throughout the day.Skip to Full Package Content

The Golden Miller Restaurant is only available on Thursday & Friday of the Grand National Festival. It is a smart-looking facility that accommodates 500 guests. The suite is named after the only horse to have won the Cheltenham Gold Cup and Grand National in the same year, back in 1934, a true immortal of the sport.
The Golden Miller Restaurant is situated on the First Floor of the Earl of Derby Stand, two floors below the Papillon Suite. From this location, you can enjoy a head-on view of the finishing straight and winning post. It is a little closer to the finish post than its sister facility, the Sunloch Restaurant (in the Lord Sefton Stand).
This is a stylish facility with a high curved ceiling, and dining is on round tables. The balcony stretches the full length of the suite overlooking the start/finish area of the course. There is also a small balcony to the rear of the suite, which overlooks the Parade Ring.
Private tables are available for 10-12 guests. Smaller groups will need to share a table.
Premier Course Admission is included.
You will enjoy a plated 4-course luncheon, followed by traditional Cream Tea.
There is a complimentary bar, including beers, wine, spirits, and soft drinks. Please note that Champagne is an extra cost.
Service throughout is left to the waiting staff. There is not a hostess service.
There is no guest tipster included in this facility.
There are ample TV monitors (if rather small) positioned in an elevated location around the suite.
Steeplechase car park passes are included on a 1:4 basis. The car park is situated in the centre of the racecourse, so it is a little walk across the course to access the Grandstands.
A Racecard is included, and there are Tote betting facilities available.
There is no official dress code at Aintree Racecourse, although smart is preferable. Hats are optional but frequently worn. Sports clothes and fancy dresses are not permitted for the Grand National meeting.
GPS users can get to Aintree Racecourse using the postcode L9 5AS, then follow signs for parking. If arriving by train, the closest station is Aintree Station, directly opposite the racecourse.
